Who we are

IVARRA provides premises safety and compliance support to care homes, healthcare practices, nurseries and schools. For the information on this page the data controller is Ralph Marsh, trading as IVARRA, The Whyte Lodge, Gloucester Road, Thornbury, Bristol, BS35 3TU. Contact: ralph@ivarra.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

If you use the enquiry form we collect your name and role, the name and postcode of your organisation, your phone number, and anything you choose to tell us about your compliance concerns. We use it only to contact you about your enquiry and to keep a record of that conversation. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

Who sees it

Only the people at IVARRA. Our systems are run by service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, hosted in the EU, Frankfurt) and Cloudflare (website hosting). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to us using it, by emailing ralph@ivarra.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
